Kroger Pharmacy

Drive thru is more closed than it is open. If you have to go inside expect a wait. I went Saturday morning 10 minutes before they opened up there was already 3 people in front of me. Makes matter worse when they was supposed to open up at 9 they didn't start taking costumers til 5 minutes or more later. Only one person working the register on a Saturday morning. It took me a half hour before I got to the counter. If you are wanting a place that's quick about getting your prescriptions from this ain't the place!

This Pharmacy is never open when it is supposed to be. Says they're going to close for lunch at 1:00, might be 12:30, might be 1:30, the drive-thru is never open when it's supposed to be. It's really almost impossible to schedule picking up your prescriptions. We just have to gamble on them being open when they are supposed to be.

The staff do not communicate with me or each other well. Been there 3 times this week for my medication. Was told on phone my med would be ready the next morning. Then each time I go there I'm told they don't even have it in process and it will be set to be ready the next morning. Still not ready, & they can't fill it within 15min of closing. I was at work. They also don't always have my medication in stock. Never had that problem till recently. The staff are nice tho.

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve been to in my entire life. The pharmacy is “open till 8” but what they fail to mention is the drive thru closes prior to that and you have to come inside. The thought process behind that makes no sense. I arrived at 5:30pm after I got off work to quickly pick up my prescriptions. The person in front of me was taken care of, but when I pull up I am told that they are closing the drive thru and I can come inside. Already annoyed with this inconvenience, I go inside and the line is 10+ people long and not moving at all. I left without my prescriptions and hoping for better service in the morning. If you work a job and like to pick up prescriptions when you get off, do not bother having your prescriptions sent here. This place is absolutely horrible.

Five stars to the kind pharmacist who came out to take time with me to help me find what I needed to help my ear being plugged up for a week. So grateful to her for her kindness and taking the time to assist me personally. So much better than Walgreens. I love Kroger pharmacy.
