Kroger Pharmacy

The pharmacists are kind to me. I forget the day my scripts are ready every month and bother them for the date. They are nice every time. The women that check me out are so polite and perfectly chit chat as they do their job. They are quick as the line gets longer by the second. I don't mind waiting in line line because the cashier works hard to make it pleasant.

Went Thursday to pick up my prescription and it was not in stock. Was told by the lady at the counter to come back the next day after 1 and it should be ready. Wasted my time and gas to come back and be told that it was still out of stock and they had no clue when it would be back. Thanks for the quality care not like I need my prescription or anything. If I had been told the truth Thursday I could've gotten my prescription transferred.

I'm from out of town. I needed my norco refilled with cvs. Every cvs couldn't fill it. Walmart couldn't fill it. They claimed they couldn't get any. I went into krogers with a heavy heart, if they couldn't fill it I would have had to cut vacation by 7 days d/t I need to take 1 every 3-4 hours. Bob the pharmacist said why sure we can fill this. He also said they all get their meds from same place si he didn't understand why they all said that. Back home I always used Krogers but past 3 years had to use cvs becos of insurance. I just changed Insurance again so I will go back to Krogers. They literally saved me! Thanks again Bob and Debi!

The staff and pharmacists are awesome. I feel I can ask any questions and they will spend as much time as I need explaining things. They never act bothered or too busy. I'll never go anywhere else. A+!!

I was told that the prescription, which is for my dog, is only filled every 30 days, yet it has been over 30 days and I had to call to get it filled. So I had less than a two hour window to pick it up. If you’re going to have such strict rules, at least follow through with them and don’t make it even more difficult for people to pick up their prescriptions. Every time I call, I also get an attitude when I speak to someone.
