Kroger Pharmacy

If I could leave zero I would. Pharmacy tech gave my husband the wrong medicine which made me out money I didnt have to spend on medicine I cant take. Then wont make it right and while I was on the phone with the pharmacist he hung up on me because I told him his technician was lying because I heard the medicine my husband asked for.

Horrible service, drive thru is always closed early, not enough staff. Happens too often

Took 2.5 days to fill my wife's medication, pharmacist told me " Sorry, my technicians aren't very good."

Trying to take of my elderly father from an hour away. Dr. calls in a new script on a Thursday. Sunday, I drive down to pick it up. Not ready. (claims they are short staffed and are behind, ok fine, it happens). but can work on it after they get back from lunch and pick it up later that day. I don't have time to wait around in town all day for them to fill it. Arrange for someone else to pick it up. They go today (Tues) to pick it up. Still not ready. Oh, they are out and will have to order it. Might be ready tomorrow (wed) if they can get it in. After this, moving all of my father's scripts elsewhere. This isn't the first time something like this has happened.

Got our prescription ready fast!
