Franciscan Physician Network After-Hours Clinic Mooresville

Makes the 2nd time I've been there and it's a WASTE OF TIME and MONEY. Clearly needed an antibiotic due to symptoms and they just said take over the counter meds. Things went from bad to worse in only a day and had to go elsewhere to get an antibiotic to clear up infection. I get the "super bug" issue and all, but having a rampant infection hurts other organs. The people were nice, but someone needs to lift the ban on antibiotics....it's past ridiculous!

Took my toddler to thw after hours clinic almost 2HOURS before they closed and was told they were not seeing anymore patients today because they want to go home! This is absolutely ridiculous and NOT befitting of a HEALTH CARE FACILITY!! People drive there to see a Dr and told they can't see then because they close in 2 hours and want to go home! They literally had like 4 people in the waiting room! I definitely see why the only hav3 a 3 star rating

This location has a patient focused and timely triage system. Took my wife to Franscian Physician After Hours clinic late morning due to an increasingly violent cough. In less than 45 minutes she was tested, evaluated and released to obtain medication. I do not expect a medical facility to be like McDonalds but we were thankful for the timeliness. They however do not have the ability to run an ekg which was surprising.

Great place and love the staff!! I've taken my kids here multiple time to make sure their sore throat and fever are not some that needs antibiotics. They are always caring, fast, friendly, and make sure my babies are all taken care of!!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about NP Tina Delph. The last few times I have had to take my children and myself to be seen she has ALWAYS been kind and friendly. I have never felt rushed. She has always taken the time to listen to everything that I needed to discuss and answered any questions I had. She has even called me back personally and spoke to me for 20 minutes when my son had gotten worse over night and talked to me about everything and what to do should different situations occur. I really wish more doctors, RNs and NPs were like her. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
