Kroger Pharmacy

This review is specifically for JAMIE, the red headed lady in the pharmacy. There are people at this pharmacy that don't get 5 stars, but this review will speak for itself concerning JAMIE. My partner has a myriad of issues that require frequent visits to this pharmacy. I consider this pharmacy fortunate, and blessed, to have JAMIE as a tech. This woman is always professional, courteous, and always seems genuine in doing her most for her patients. Jamie has frequently jumped through hoops to ensure my partner gets what they need, when they need it. She's willing to do on the spot extra effort with zero pressure or being asked to do so because she knows it's the right thing to do. Based on the medical needs of my partner, it is completely amazing for us to have a tech like JAMIE working

Recd a text msg from Kroger stating my script was in progress. I called the pharmacy to let him know I needed the script today! First they couldn’t find a script for me and I told him I knew they recvd it because I recvd a text from Kroger stating it was in progress. The pharmacist kept talking over me and was very RUDE!! His name is James! He found my script and told me one wouldn’t be ready till after 2pm tomorrow and they were counting the pills on the other one. I asked if I could pick it up in an hour and he stated he couldn’t guarantee it would be ready and said two hrs!! I said, so I can pick up in two hrs?? He stated he couldn’t guarantee it to be ready in 2 hrs!! I said you said 2 hrs now you’re saying you can’t guarantee!! I asked how long does it take to count 30 pills?? His at

I'm taking away one star for the way the head pharmacist snapped at me yesterday. I noticed the head pharmacist talking to a customer. I thought that was odd as I've never seen her do that before. When it was my turn, I talked to a tech to get my insulin. He started asking .questions I never heard before. Then he called the head pharmacist who came up to She started Asking If I have ever used insulin before told her that was an odd question And she snapped at me saying ' "I,m just asking you a question!" I toldher I've used it for 25 years and she snapped again" I'm just doing my job!" They're usually really great there but something must be going on where Kroger has told them to ask all these questions and she's being pulled away from her job all day.

Wow, what a difference a switch can make! We just started using this pharmacy, and they've been nothing but AMAZING! Every time I've called, or visit they are helpful, kind, caring, pleasant and efficient. I am so appreciative of the staff here.

Pharmacist or staff did not make me aware that i needed a pre-authorization for a prescription and charged me $222.00 for a prescription that should have been $35.00. They did NOT inform me that I needed a pre-authorization. Instead they made me believe that was the amount I needed to pay with my insurance covering it and won't refund me or own up to it. The male pharmacist was condescending and rude, and seemed to think I was lying. How can they not have any liability for this!? I cant rate this pharmacy low enough. Pharmacists and staff NOT friendly or helpful. Do not go there!
