Kroger Pharmacy

I give this pharmacy 5 stars! I like the team of very dedicated pharmacists: Camron and Hillary. They always take the time to resolve a situation with your doctor’s office, answer your insurance questions, provide medication counseling, and assist with manufacturer recalls. They communicate insurance issues/challenges effectively and do so in a caring and friendly manner. Over the years, I have witnessed them helping countless elderly customers who seemed at a loss with their prescription issues. They also go the extra mile to get you discount cards or other programs to help you offset some of the co-pay costs. They are VERY busy and yet, 99% of the time, my prescriptions are refilled on the same day as I requested them through the automated phone system (which is very convenient and

Pharmacists and techs are courteous and nice. The pharmacy as a whole is mismanaged. Went 5 days without a medication I need because someone didn't update the system or put in the correct information for a refill when I called and set it up. Noone could tell me why that was. Also, always out of stock on a couple of my medications. Even when I call a week in advance they are still out of stock on the day I'm supposed to pick up. I would switch pharmacies if it wasn't such a hassle with my insurance company to do so. Edit: I have finally decided to look at other pharmacies. It's very obvious Kroger wants out of the business. I enjoy all of the kroger stores especially the fresh cut fruits. Their stores are clean and their sales are great.

Every employee at this Pharmacy is extremely polite and helpful whether it is on the phone or in person. I've always had exemplary service here.

Great pharmacy. Quick pickups and really friendly staff, they explained everything thoroughly which I really appreciated.
