Kroger Pharmacy

I recently had an issue with communication regarding a partial fill of a prescription at this pharmacy. I was told to return after seven days to receive the remaining medication, but when I returned I was informed that a new prescription was required. My concern was not with pharmacy rules or insurance limitations, but that this possibility was not explained at the time of the initial fill, which prevented me from making an informed decision. The pharmacist ultimately addressed the issue and noted my profile, but clearer communication upfront would have prevented the situation entirely.

I have recently moved RX to Kroger. I have found the gentleman and Asian lady (hopefully it’s ok to say that) to be most helpful and respectful). I hate this but i am a rule follower. I don’t ask for meds before I am supposed to. Sometimes they will fil med a few days before 30 days and I am grateful because if they are out of a medicine sometimes it can take an extra 3 days. Every time I go in a pharmacy I am programmed to think, ok, this is when the ball is going to drop and I am going to have a problem. Not so with you in last 4 months. I say, they are excellent at their job and their work area always has an air of cleanliness. That is comforting knowing this is where my meds are processed.

I moved to Kroger from another pharmacy after using them one time. They have been helpful when my meds were out of stock in addition to providing great service.

I want to recognize the Kroger Pharmacy for helping me get a prescription for my husband. He has had a rough time for several weeks. The medication was out of stock but they quickly located some of the medication to help us until more could be ordered. Great service to help a person who was in need. Thank you for your help!
