Kroger Pharmacy

I went to go pick up my prescription in the drive thru pharmacy, while waiting I did hear some cars honking in front, not in the line but sounded like in the general parking lot. After the car in front of me move, this older bearded gentlemen pharmacy tech ask for my name and date of birth. Turns out my medication was not there on file, I went to look back at the texts, as I saw I got the alert that it was ready for pickup. The tech gave me then an attitude asking, “Was that you honking your horn”? To which I replied no it wasn’t me, but I did hear it earlier. I found the texts stating it was at another Kroger. As I said that to the tech, he said, “You got to respond to our messages, you don’t do that”. I had shown my phone stating I did but he grunted and just gave me a stare. I’ve nev

The worst pharmacy ever. Picked up my RX and there was one in the bag loosely that I haven’t been on in 2 months now. Didn’t realize they gave me them and charged me for them until i got home. Now I’ve been on hold forever just trying to explain to them that they made a mistake! Ridiculous.

The pharmacy is Awesome!!! Ray is super helpful and really seems to care!! I know they are always busy especially since CVS went out business that was in their parking lot! I'm always super patient and they take great care of me!! Thanks!!

Man, will argue with you about protocols like how to get a prescription transferred to them just for you to be right in the end! Poor English speaking, have to repeat 5x, don’t automatically refill prescriptions, can hardly ever get them on the phone. 🤯 stressful

Worst pharmacy ever staff is rude slow and the pharmacists are on a power trip while holding onto medication. I’m done will take my business elsewhere permanently. They’ve had enough chances now I’m done
