Kroger Pharmacy

I’m not changing my Prescription needs to anyone else. I have had my Pharmacist personally call me on refills before. And they are never out of stock on something and have to owe me pills when they get in their next delivery. 10 Thumbs Up ! Excellent Service and Performance.

The pharmacist and techs kept me up-to-date and stayed responsive despite the busy volume they served. My medicine has been impossible to get but they sorted it for me and I have it now. I changed doctors to remove medication obstacles, but I won't be switching pharmacies because this one really is the best. The people who work here are over worked and whatever they're making isn't enough for the work load they have. They practically had to work for my doctor, insurance and the pharmacy to get my meds so I'm writing a review because they've been pulling their weight and everybody else's and it deserves recognition and thanks. I appreciate the care given here.

The Kroger Pharmacy in Mechanicsville is listed as having drive through services, however this is false advertisement. It closes an hour early each day and at random times during the day without notice. You can never count on it to be open. The pharmacy also does not fill the prescriptions by the promised times. The pharmacy is endangering the community by asking people who are sick and contagious to enter the store to get their drugs, spreading illness to others who may be immunocompromised who are simply there to get their groceries. It also is a major concern for those who have disabilities who can much more easily access medication through the drive through than navigating a parking lot and grocery store, especially in time when winter weather makes the parking lot more treacherous.

The Pharmacists at this pharmacy are the ABSOLUTE BEST! I won't go anywhere else. They are AMAZING! Always so helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.

I have used Kroger Pharmacy Atlee Road/Rutland Commons for right around 10 years. The pharmacist are amazing. The majority of those working are kind, respectful snd knowledgeable. There are a few lately that have impacted the service we have received. One recently advised our prescriptions would be ready at a given time. We returned and were told it would be an additional hour. We shopped and waited. After speaking with another person NONE of the prescriptions were ready and one was waiting on a call back from a doctor. So they were not even close to being filled. We should have called before setting aside all that time, that falls on us. But aside from this I am so so so thankful for those who work so hard to ensure the best service and care is provided!
