Kroger Pharmacy

Constant problems with getting my prescriptions filled correctly. Outside window closes early and reopens late at lunchtime. I'm handicapped and have difficulty walking through the store. The staff with few exceptions are not properly trained in good customer service.

As long as they have my medications in stock, I'm usually happy. I'd give it a "5" if they would hire a person of color. For years, I've only seen interns who fit the description. However, I was nicely greeted by a tattooed white male.❤️☺️Hope he decides to stay with Kroger Others are friendly.❤️ 1 or 2 are not.

Website Always Down! Drs. Office Never Notified For Rx Refills! Refills Sent in From Drs. Office Are Not Filled on Date, Unless Called From Patient to Get Them Refilled!!! No Courtesy Notification When Rx is Ready!!! IT Wasn't Like This Several Years Ago!!!

I've never had a problem getting my scripts filled here. They are fast, efficient and friendly. They could stay open later but other than that I'm very satisfied using this pharmacy and I love the walk up option outside

My wife and I have consistently experienced problems with the Kroger Pharmacy on Tom Hill Sr. Blvd. Problems have included (but are not limited to) wrong number of pills in a two-a-day prescription, arguing about accuracy of said pill count, not sending refill requests to doctors when requested, and discarding scripts when they've come in from doctor. The problems I have listed have not just been one time scenarios; rather, each of these problems have happened multiple times. After much frustration, my wife and I have decided to use a different pharmacy.
