Kroger Pharmacy

I hardly ever leave reviews but I called the Pharmacy to switch from a different pharmacy and the lady I talked to was unnecessarily rude when I just asked one question about the medication I was trying to pick up.

The Pharmacist here will deny your meds based on pure self-righteousness. Do business anywhere else

Full service pharmacy and always friendly staff. Never encountered the wait times like Walgreens.

Went in to get over the counter Claritin had a couple in front of me and a man behind me and the girl finishes with the couple and then says “be right back “. Well waiting for more than several minutes and finally a lady who was at the drive through says customers backing up at the window and finally the girl comes over with body language clearly indicating she doesn’t want to be there. What has happened to customer service??

Truly disappointed. Needed to reach the pharmacy about a backordered prescription that I need today. After being immediately placed on hold 6 times once the phone would ring, a lady who said she was at self checkout finally answered. I explained what had happened and that I needed the pharmacy so she threw me on a line no one ever answered 19 minutes later I gave up. Is this the way you want to treat your customers?
