Kroger Pharmacy

The pharmacist or technician was very rude. I had just spoken with the pharmacist at Ellenwood looking for a very specific medication and she was so kind and empathetic she made the blow of not having it not quite so bad...then, I called this store, where the phone rang a minimum of twenty times(I counted) before someone picked up and then she was nasty in her demeanor, and cadence and she hung up. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS KROGER PHARMACY if you care about the people you are interacting with regarding your medications, make the drive to Stockbridge or Ellenwood. It would be worth your time.

I use this pharmacy often. The staff is fairly friendly except one man. I always deal with Shannon, he is nice, kind, patient, caring, and willing to help with anything we need. The other guy is a total JERK! He’s always been rude to me on the phone, I just went in to get my meds, I was the only customer there and he was rude!! Why do they keep him???? He is running customers away.

Most Employee Have Been very helpful and polite at Pharmacy and on the floor registers! I gave 4 stars because my Prescriptions sent Electronically the same day as my doctor appointment, were not filled until I called a few days layer asking about them and one had not been order due to not in stock. Laterally, it took a whole week and I'm Thankful I called them. They didn't call me. Hopefully, that won't happen again. THANKS!

To the pharmacy employees: I thought that a one time were a very rude bunch but I would like to retract my first review and apologize! I recently went to get my flu and covid shot and I had a chance to seriously talk to the pharmacist Mr Keith and I truly understand the pressure they are under from the customers when it comes to picking up medications. With lack of staff help and double loads it hard for two people two get and meet the needs of everyone, so when you are tired from nit getting a 15 min break and have rude customers yelling at you for something you have no control over but still have to maintain a professional level is comendable. Again thank you Mr Keith and Mrs April for helping me to understand "Your side" as well

The pharmacy area is nasty and so is the personalities of customer service. Nasty spirited staff people and they talk to me any way they feel like. They make you feel like a criminal for needing to put in a prescription. I only need medication for a short term, unexpected ailment. Should I need something in the future I will never come to this store or another Kroger pharmacy just based off my experience with this store.
