Kroger Pharmacy

It's a crapshoot on getting your medicine on time, depending on which pharmacist is working the shift. Particularly automatic refills, I have gone days trying to get critical meds filled.

I have been a customer of Kroger's pharmacy for the past five months. During this time, I have encountered several issues that have caused me concern. Firstly, I have not been receiving notifications when it is time to refill my prescriptions. This has resulted in me having to make multiple trips to the pharmacy, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Secondly, I have found that the staff at the pharmacy are not particularly welcoming or informative. They have not been proactive in providing me with information about my prescriptions or answering my questions. While I appreciate Kroger as a company, I am disappointed with the service I have received from their pharmacy.

I've had so many issues at this pharmacy. They appear to be stressed and have long wait times. Appear to be understaffed but it's been this way for months. I've been told to wait 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment (covid antibody test). This was after creating an appt 2 weeks before and after getting there was told they didn't even have the testing kits.

Script was sent on Wednesday... Get there Thursday at 5:20 pm for pick up, it isn’t ready give us 45 minutes. I live out of town, I will get it tomorrow. Get there Friday at 1:45 pm for pick up, it isn’t ready give us 30 minutes. When did it become procedure to fill medicine when someone arrives to pick it up. Usually medicine is filled when script is sent over.

I tried to get my COVID vaccine here and I've decided Ill need to stop trying. They always have a reason they can't. First its "walk-in", then it's only walk in after a certain time but until they close, then now they can't take walk ins. To top it off they are severely understaffed. 10 people in line +drive thru at times. Please, for their sake don't burden them with your business. They can't handle it.
