Kroger Pharmacy

Too much of a hassle getting my mom's dog's prescription transfered. They said they had it and would fill it. Went by and it wasn't filled. Tried calling for her to ask about it and got put on hold 10min. Called again, same run around. Going back to vet to have them redo the script at previous pharmacy.

I don't know what's going on at this store. Sometimes I go to buy something I've bought before, and they don't have it and they won't be getting it back in stock. The customer service is terrible. When there are staff, why is it that most of the time they are either having lunch and have it closed.

So-called dr. Beshoy, was extremely rude and very unprofessional, to the point that I called and ask for the pharmacy manager and I called corporate about this person. He could have handled things a whole lot better, he chose not to and he had to make a scene and be extremely loud letting other customers know my business. I did post a review right after this incident happened about this person. Apparently Kroger's took my first post down, so I am reposting.

Mr.nizar at the pharmacy at this location is awesome give him 5 stars everyday of the week he is alway very very nice guy so helpful wish most people were like him this guy he definitely needs a raise

I usually have trouble getting my suboxone but not from Kroger they're really easy going and very friendly.
