The Good Samaritan Animal Clinic showed exceptional compassion and care during one of the most difficult moments a pet owner can face. Sasha had reached an advanced age, her health was declining, and her quality of life had diminished. When the time came to make the painful decision to say goodbye, the entire team went above and beyond with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy. The care provided on that day was outstanding, but what truly stood out was the thoughtful gesture that followed. Less than a week later, a condolence card arrived in the mail, signed by everyone in the office. That simple act meant more than words can express and reflected the depth of care this clinic has for both pets and the people who love them. Lauren is one of the receptionist, she is always so nice. She was so kind when we had to put our dog bubba down. Today when we brought Ursula in she could see one of the other dogs were a little aggressive and she stood between them to make sure nothing happened. She is truly awesome

There’s absolutely no doubt—Rocket loves this place! We just moved to the area and decided to make Good Samaritan our new local vet, and what a wonderful decision that was. Today, my partner took Rocket in for his vaccines. When they came back home, both of them were in the best mood! Rocket’s tail was wagging non-stop, and he was happily strutting around the house, head bobbing with joy. From his behavior and energy, I could tell he had been met with such warmth and kindness. That positive energy clearly stayed with him all the way home. Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic—you’re truly amazing. Friendly, professional, and full of heart. Rocket and his humans are so grateful we found you!

This vet office has done it again. In the time in need, they dis amazing job taking care of us and our pet. Unfortunately our dog BJ didn't make it. We showed up at opening time with no appointments, and this team didn't think twice about helping us. This is the most caring vet off I have ever been to where you feel like family. Thank you for always taking care of us. We will be a customer for life.

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I brought my dog in as a walk in emergency and they treated us with such care and patience from the beginning. The staff and doctor were the best and so helpful so compassionate and patient. I really appreciated everything they did to get my Mila back to her normal self.
