Kroger Pharmacy

Staff behind that counter are ru- de. To toss a prescription at me and then walk away. Really? I explained I wasn't upset at her just trying to understand why my prescription was different. Understand it isn't their fault but to toss it across the counter and walk away is NOT how you handle it! Moving all my prescriptions somewhere else.

This pharmacy has repeatedly failed to communicate professionally with us. Today was it. 20 days ago they could not completely fill a prescription because they were out. No problem we will just come back right? Well we did and Rick, the pharmacist, told us we had to wait because it was “too early” for a refill. Well it wasn’t a refill, it was to complete the original prescription but whatever, we can wait. Fast forward to today, we went in to pick up the remaining ten days worth and Rick told us the prescription had been cancelled by the prescribing doctor. We know that isn’t true because we called the prescribing doctor’s office and they have no knowledge of cancelling the prescription. I'm giving 5 stars because someone cared. I went there today and there was a sign that said they had closed early due to staffing issues. I have a sinus infection and had antibiotics that needed picked up. People were basically cat calling the pharmacists through locked gates who were working to try to get their attention so they could pick up scripts. And even though the pharmacists would say "I'm sorry we are closed" they would still help the patients. I watched this pharmacy tech deal with no less than 4 angry customers and she handled it with such grace. She was able to get my scripts done for me even though they weren't ready, and was simply wonderful. She was tired, she was worn out, clearly overworked but she cared. And that is a kindness I won't soon forget.

They are very nice and helpful. They didn't have a medication that my husband desperately needed and they called me and told me what pharmacy in town had it in stock. I appreciated that more than they know.

Called pharmacy yesterday at 2pm, was told it would be ready At 5pm. Because they've been closing early for to no staff I asked how late they'd be open. I was told 7pm. Husband went to get script at 6pm and they were closed with a sign that said they closed at 3pm!! I spoke with them at 2pm...how did they not now they were closing in 1 hour!! Called the manager who was incredibly rude and didn't care that my husband would be going without medication. Called corporate and they were very nice and empathetic to the situation. They opened a case on this issue. Last week I went 3 or 4 days in a row and they were closed before 4pm every day. Working people can't get their meds when they're only open during most adults work day.
