Shelby was very nice, caring and professional. She put me at ease for a rather tough hearing test and answered my questions.
I saw Dr. Zimmerman for a hearing test, as I’m unable to hear sounds such as fire alarms. She made sure I was comfortable for each part of the test (as it involves placing earphones into your ears for an extended period) and explained everything so well, I didn’t have any questions!
Zimmerman was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. She explained everything that she was doing and what I could expect.
My first hearing test and recently have had updated appointments to make sure my hearing aids were doing what they are supposed to be doing. Shelby is so helpful in explaining, thorough, very nice and professional!
Shelby is attentive, professional and very good at her job. Great Audiologist.
