Kroger Pharmacy

Patrick is running this pharmacy more efficiently than any other Kroger pharmacy I’ve been to. I appreciate his attention to detail and standard for excellence. When my local Kroger pharmacy is out of stock for my meds, I know who to call! Thanks again Patrick

I see all the bad reviews here. I on the other hand have had a great experience here anytime I have a prescription to fill. I just make sure I call before I go to make sure it is ready then I go and pick it up. I'm in and out usually within 5 mins max.

Went there after my doctors visit to pick up my prescription and told me it would be 20 minutes understandably so I comeback after 30 and they said it will be another 15 I comeback again and there closed again for there lunch break taking 2 hours for me to get my medication workers seem like they don’t even know what they’re doing.

We TRIED the mail order pharmacy, OPTUM...just THINKING it would be quicker, easier, maybe cheaper but that answer is a resounding " NO". They sent wrong dosage without instructions causing my 95 yr old mom to take 4X her Synthroid from March - October and I discovered it NOT them! They were NOT even concerned about the error!! Kroger, We're home again with YOU where the pharmacist talks to you and most of all, CARES!!

If I could leave a zero stat I would with the pharmacy, I was directed by my Dr who gave me this krogers pharmacy to asked not for a medication they have, but the brand they serve in that medication pharmacy. The tech refused to transfer me to the pharmacist 3 times before I became very assertive and told her I was not calling to speak with a tech, as a medical director told me not too. She kept repeating a name of a medication that does not exist and further nothing I was talking about. Finally told her, listen I am not calling to talk to you. I had to fight my way to contact the pharmacist, Ushma- who also was incompetent in the answer I was asking. She told me she was "too busy" Both acting as if I am seeing what type of narcotics they have. I was so baffled on how incompetent these two
