Kroger Pharmacy

I'm almost certain that you can't have children inside of the pharmacy. I'm sitting there waiting on my prescription to be filled and I'm guessing this lady works there but it was her day off. She just walks into the pharmacy with her child and starts getting whatever medication she needs. This is crazy.

They take their sweet time on filling prescriptions. Scripts were sent Saturday at the end of the day so we waited until 3pm to go pickup the prescriptions on the following Sunday and it still wasn't filled by then. They have been open for 5 hours and didnt fill a single one. This is why we go local for pharmacies, what a waste of time. If it's something urgent or over the weekend go to CVS or Walmart, not Kroger.

Absolutely the slowest in town takes up to 4 days to get your prescriptions filled and always charges the wrong price. The last time thay put mine on the blink program knowing I've got the RX savings club and had to be redone. Apparently the qualifications are 00000 you got the job..

Super terrible pharmacy!!! Today, 11/10/22, was my limit. I called to see when some of my medicine would be ready to pick up, 7 attempts before noon, and they couldn't bother to pick up and answer the phone one time. By the time I finally got an answer it was 3:30, and they still hadn't been filled. I wash my hands of them, go check out Garner Family Pharmacy! They value their customers so much, you'll love it.

I just had a young woman tell me ive never had anything filled there while rolling her eyes bc i get 2 of the same meds in different dosages. Asked if I really needed both of them. Then said well if you wanna go home & get the bottle to prove they've been filled here before I'll just hold these for you til you come back like WHAT!!!!!! When i was there tuesday they found my meds just fine and at the prices I normally pay. Ill NEVER use that pharmacy again PERIOD bad enough it took 4 days just to fill them then i basically get called a liar bc she can't find my name in the system yet she had my medications.
