Don’t send your prescriptions here unless you want to deal with a worthless automated refill system that leaves you screwed without your meds. For 3 days I’ve been getting the same automated message that my refill would be ready at “X:00” after CONFIRMING my meds were in stock before having my refill sent. Then, I call ahead to make sure it’s ready & fight with the automation for 10 mins to get through to the actual ppl & they tell me it can’t be refilled bc now it isn’t in stock. The pharmacy staff offers me ZERO help to find another location to refill a medicine that I NEED day to day. They even declined to help me when I asked & explained my urgency. These people shouldn’t be anywhere near a job role responsible for enabling healthcare.

Staff struggles with the load with Covid-19 vaccinations and regular needs in this high volume location with a drive through. Often people don't call in their prescriptions before pickup at window. Short staffed like everywhere, but the staff there deserves patience for hanging in. They're very supportive and doing the best they can.

Took over five minutes at the self scan while help was on the way

I had to revise my review because they got new staff. The new pharmacists are helpful, kind and efficient. We haven’t had any further issues with this location. They do a good job!
