Kroger Pharmacy

This used to be my go-to store, but after today, I’ll be shopping elsewhere. This place recently had a “grand reopening” and since then it’s gotten much worse than before. Every cart is broken, inventory is down & prices exorbitantly high, most employees have terrible attitudes — particularly the girl who checked me out today. There is no excuse for not returning a greeting from a customer, walking off in the middle of checking out, ignoring input from a customer about the purchase, etc. I know customer service has really gotten bad post-Covid but it’s especially bad here. Do not recommend shopping at this Kroger.

Great pharmacy and store. Only reason it’s 4⭐️ instead of 5⭐️ is because of how difficult it is to get into and out of but I love the walk up pharmacy window so you don’t have to go inside just to get meds filled, dropped off, or just have a quick question or consultation.

When I arrived to pick up my two prescriptions, the pharmacist told me that I didn’t have any refills left. This was unexpected. Though, I placed the order during my commute to work, without my pill bottles on me, the automated system allowed me to still place the order. So, it would have been nice to get some type of notification like a phone call or at least a text message before I drove up to Horn Lake. The pharmacist also told me that if I already been out of medication for seven days, I probably won’t die in the next few days. He was very rude to say the least.

Pharmacy staff awesome love them !!! Automated system is awful . Has gotten refills wrong more than once so had to contact pharmacists to correct . They are great .. automated system lacking
