I have been a patient and the Doctor was Good. I called back later to make an appointment for sunglasses since I lost mine I was told I would have to update information on line I explained I do not have a computer at home and my phone was having problems I told her my information was in the system as I was a patient. She stated I could not have an appointment. I found out later that this is against the law to turn away a patient due to no online access at the time. This goes for Medical also. I just wanted to share the info. This is the only review I have ever given anywhere

Called to make an appointment for my daughter because all other eye doctors had scheduled us weeks out. So I called around close to 3:30 and they asked if I could bring her at 3:45 same day! That was amazing news and I was soooooo excited. The staff went above and beyond, very knowledgeable and answered questions that we needed answered. We didn't feel rushed or anything. I would 10/10 recommend..

The eye doctor was amazing, just great. The ladies behind the counter were awesome as well! Love them 🙂 One star is because of how rude the lady was in the front. The one that helps when you pick out the frames and lenses. She was the most condescending person I have ever met. Shamed me for the type of insurance I have and talked to me like I'm the worst person in the world for being poor. Absolutely horrible experience. It's sad too cause I love the doctor there and the ladies behind the counter. Edit: changed review to four stars after speaking to the office manager. She was very nice and very apologetic. She said to call her for my next appointment and she will take care of getting me in and stuff the next time. Made me feel like I can try them again in a year when my check

I lost my glasses and had to have a new pair of sunglasses the professional staff at Horn Lake Eyecare were amazing. They really know their stuff and how to advise their patients. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would recommend them 10X. Chasity and John are the best!!!
