Kroger Pharmacy

$150 billion company can’t even get their act together. They are rude. No customer service. If you get vaccine from them and have an appointment - they don’t provide service on time. 15 mins late! What’s the point of an appointment? They have tons of staff working and they are just standing around. Never coming here again.

Everyone is so friendly and they’re efficient when the lines are long. The checkout process is easy whether I go in or through the drive thru. I was so bummed when my insurance took Kroger pharmacy off their coverage!

Terrible Pharmacy!! 6 people working there when we went to pick up our son’s prescription. Two words “Pick Up” is all they say to everyone that walked up to the counter. Not Hello do you have a pick up today? So rude & every worker there seemed like they hated their jobs/lives. One worker was putting bags together maybe prescriptions & just tossing them up on the back counter upset. Customer service is NOT in this pharmacy’s vocabulary. Gave them 1 star for just being open. They need to do better!!

They won't fill a script on the spot. Its always the next day. Very seldom get some one that's friendly. Im looking to switch pharmacies

If I could give zero stars and press charges I would. In the past, I have received the incorrect medication from this pharmacy (several years ago)… and upon attempting to utilize them again, was told 5-6 different things from 3 different people working there. They told me a medication could be filled Sunday, I come Monday and they say it’ll be ready at 130, then they say 330, then they say not for 11 days…. So my doc calls and corrects them and says to fill it, but they still refuse and say they can in 9 days…. Tracey I believe was the “HEAD” pharmacist I spoke with, and she dismissed this as basically being my fault and then told me I needed to have my doc call it in to a diff pharmacy for it to work.
