Rachael Scott, D.D.S.,MS provided excellent root canal dental work. She is excellent in teaching, explaining each step as she proceeded, very positive and supportative of how I was doing. She has a beautiful heart and soul. I felt so well cared for, comfortable and fully informed. Brooklyn was great in providing assistance to me, I am on a walker, explained what was on the agenda, procedure, etc. She is valuable to the team. All the staff were superb! I felt I was with a loving family of employees and I left with a smile.

Dr. Jennifer Willett is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly professional, patient, and caring throughout the entire root canal procedure. She took the time to clearly explain the problem, what needed to be done, and even how to read the X-rays, which made me feel completely at ease. I was very nervous about the numbing process beforehand, but I didn’t feel a thing—she was so gentle and skilled. Dr. Willett truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I couldn’t recommend her more—she is simply the best! I also want to thank her assistant, Alex, for being kind and supportive throughout the visit.

I wish there were TEN STARS! My experience with MRE and ultimate root canal (through a crown!) started with setting the appointment where kind-hearted voice took care of me. Then appointment day with Brook alongside Dr. Rachel Scott and after a relatively short time of INCREDIBLE TLC, soft/gentle voices and touches, I was all done. I smiled through all that mouth paraphernalia and certainly afterwards...even hugged the doc! Would highly recommend the practice, worth the 45 minute drive from my house.

Dr. Rachel Scott performed a Root Canal procedure on me in November 2025. I have ALWAYS had a fear of the dentist! However, I was pleasantly surprised at how pain free Doctor R. Scott made this procedure! Her bedside manners are impeccable! She constantly makes sure that you're comfortable, knowledgeable, and most importantly, happy! The front desk clerk was also just as friendly and knowledgeable as the doctor! There was practically no wait time, the office was neat, organized, smelled good, it was a little chilly inside, but I will not fully fault them for this because the temperature outside was pretty cold.
