Kroger Pharmacy

Kroger spends alot of marketing dollars on vaccines for customers. Been there twice with appointment. Waited 45 minutes 1st time and half hr 2nd. Both times excuse was only one pharmacist there. Lindsey "vaccine specialist" gave me my last shot. Not the pharmacist. They joke around chatting with each other until you complain. Then notice you've waiting. Never again.

Almost everytime I try to get a prescription filled there is a problem. They tell you prescription is ready for pick up you go it’s not ready. Just called there. Put me on hold. 6xs they picked up the phone without saying anything it goes back to hold.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I have many experiences with this pharmacy and none have been good. This particular time my oldest son is having an allergic reaction. After going to urgent care at 6 pm yesterday we were told it would be ready in 30 minutes to an hour. Not only was it not ready by closing we had to wait the next day. The doctor at the urgent care always asks if we are sure we want it to go to that pharmacy and then recommends that we Go and sit in the pharmacy because that's the only thing that seems to hurry up the process. I will say the lady that we talked to was very nice but I wouldn't care if she was the rudest person we ever met if they could get it done on time!!!

I have had multiple bad experiences at this pharmacy. I have to call every time to request a med be filled the day after it was sent in. Then it’s still never ready at the time they told me. They always just act like “oh well, your time isn’t important”. Kroger is the closest to me, but I’m willing to drive further for actual customer service.

They closed off the doors closest to the pharmacy, making customers walk to the main entrance and through the store to wait in line to pick up scripts, then walk back through the store to exit the main entrance if they weren't shopping for groceries.
