I love to support small business as opposed to big box stores. It's much more personal, especially when they bring their dog in to keep their customers company!

I absolutely love their dogs! They are so sweet and definitely makes the wait time better ❤️

The negatives are some of the staff are not the friendliest , you almost have to call them every month to tell them you want your medicine again even though you have automatic 30-day refills cuz their system has issues. But their worst offense is at my last pickup 10/20/23 they had a big dog in the pharmacy behind the counter WHERE YOUR MEDICINE IS FILLED! It was running loose, I could see and hear it getting sick. LEAVE YOUR DOG AT HOME! They DO NOT BELONG in a pharmacy around people's medicine. Gross! You operate a business, very unprofessional. Plus there are people that are allergic to dogs and cannot be around them some people have a fear of dogs....What about those customers? They have to suffer or find another pharmacy because you want to bring your pet to work with you! I call tha

These people have no business serving a community. I recently had a family member who had a prescription filled there and was filled with sub-par generic drugs. Be careful where you get your prescriptions filled. Not all pharmacies care about quality and they don’t care if your prescription meets certain standards. My family has been loyal customers of this family run business for 40 years, but never again. Buyer beware if this business! Kroger is just down the street and they actually have a staff that cares about your health and they do sell drugs that meet certain quality standards.

You can't just show up to pick up your meds even if you have 30 day refills and you tell them to put it on auto refill. Every time they look at you like a deer in the headlights. I told them put it on auto refill as I need the meds every month they say ok but it's never ready. They blame their "new" computer system says it won't let me do that like the old system did. So the old system is better than the new one? Mmmmk? If it ain't broke don't fix it duh? The pharmacist is not friendly, asked her if she could see one of my meds in the computer she said "THAT'S WHAT IM WORKING ON!" In a nasty tone of voice. All that is reason enough to take my business elsewhere but the thing that's really upsetting is I discovered they have a freaking dog in in the store BEHIND THE COUNTER RUNNING LOOSE W
