YOU have the SORRIEST most WORTHLESS Pharmacy in Hartselle, Alabama - I’ve been processing my prescriptions ONLINE for the last month and when I try to pick them up they’re NEVER ready, and the people who are working there DO NOT know what “online” means My online status should 5-6 prescriptions “in progress” with a due date of 11/14 by 8am” and yet I had NOTHING to pick up when I got there and, honestly, Joyce, the pharmacist had NO clue and acted like it was BOTHERING her to even talk to me - DO better - TRAIN better or SHUT IT DOWN because ABSOLUTELY NO ONE there cares - video and phone records of wait times available on request

The Hartselle location is rarely on time with anything. The pharmacist (Russell) also likes to make arbitrary rules that no other Kroger locations adhere to. They close at random times for lunch, and additionally, the pharmacy is closed early half the time without notice. They have a couple of wonderful pharmacy techs, but generally speaking, not good especially since their turnover is a revolving door.

Terrible experience. The pharmacist is very rude and acts like it’s an issue to fill a script. The woman who answered the phone also acted the same way and told me I’d have to wait to talk to the pharmacist (understandable) but just put me on hold after acting like I was a burden. Their communication skills are very unprofessional & I will not ever try to get a script filled through them unless they get a whole new staff. I will travel To Decatur before I ever try to go back there. Hartselle do better.

A few months ago maybe 3, the pharmacy got something messed up and only gave me half my script when I’d always gotten the same script every month for bout a year at this time. I had to have my doctor call and straighten it out, it was all good. Now like 3 months later they do the same exact thing and they can see it’s already been a mistake to cut my script in half but they do it anyway. So I have my doctors call again to have everything verified and fixed back to where it’s supposed to be. Being they only gave me half my script 2 days ago and I had to pick up another script today I ask if they could fill the other half of the script they messed up 2 days ago and said no! You’ll have to drive back out here again to get the remainder of the script Kroger messed up for a second time. So now

Was told I could pick up my prescription at 11 am. Time is important as I am constantly working, came to pick up at exactly 11 and was told to wait for 30 more minutes. Once I came back I was looked at as a burden to the staff and waited for another 15 minute in person. Anyone who has work or depends on schedule time this place is not for you
