ExperCARE Urgent Care & Primary Care

I visited this urgent care when my primary provider couldn’t get me in for a sick visit same-day, and I have only good things to say about my experience. The office was clean and tidy. All of the staff were very nice. They saw me quickly, and I left feeling like all of my questions were answered. My prescriptions were sent in immediately after the appointment. Would definitely come back!

We took our son there and had the best experience! 1. We was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. 2. The nurse and doctor not just looked at my son but also his teddy bear to help him feel safe. As a mom that means the world to me. 3. The doctor listed and never questioned what was needed for my son. We highly recommend and so grateful for the staff there! Easy to online book an appointment. Staff was friendly and efficient. Both nurse and doctor took time to talk to me about my concerns and answered all questions. I highly recommend going there. Best option in Hartselle in my opinion.

They're the sweetest!!! They're not only urgent care but also a primary care, so it's really relavent and they're open 7 days a week so it's perfect to schedule appointments to work around school and after day activities!! Highly recommend!! They will talk about everything with you and answer any questions you may have!

Went in with concerns about my pregnancy and other concerns and everyone i spoke with was very nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and heard. The receptionist was especially friendly i really appreciated it from her. Id very much so recommend coming here.
