Kroger Pharmacy

Under staffed, customer service for patrons with emergency needs not met. My wife has cancer and heart problems, was told at 8am meds. We're. In but need to un pack. Will be 1 or 2 pm before I can pick them up. Unexceptiable. We are in our 70s . This not the first time.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 10 years now. They have never, not once, had my Rx ready when I show up to get it. They always have 1 hour or usually several hours to get it ready. There’s always some excuse why it’s not ready and they tell me to come back later. When I remember to use CVS/Walgreens instead I have zero issues. Avoid this place.

Pharmacy Staff is great. My prescriptions are always ready when I go to pick them up. The staff has been very helpful when I have had questions and concerns. I recommend Krogers to all.

Just got the roun around about meds and someone changed the date in the system now my kids meds are messed up and they refuse to fill. Bad communication and bad service from Kroger pharmacy. Shame on Megan the pharmacy manager for letting a child go un medicated for two days because you messed up. Shame shame shame. I hope someone loses their job over this.

My mother has been a customer to your pharmacy for many years. She takes a life saving medication that is very expensive. My father recently died and she can no longer afford it, but she will die without it. She received a wonderful blessing where the manufacturer will give it to her for free but she needs a printout of information from your pharmacy..her own information. Your pharmacy has refused several times until my elderly mother has given up. She is now paying her expensive co pay and can not buy food and necessities. I am going to have to come from the other side of the country in order to help her switch pharmacies. Kroger, you should be ashamed.
