These experts do thorough hearing evaluations periodically and make helpful adjustments to my hearing aids. They clean them on a schedule and troubleshoot anytime if any problems occur. Parts are replaced at no charge as part of the original price. Questions are welcome and their explanations are understandable. They genuinely care about my hearing and quality of life.

My husband has the hearing aids. In office visit, They have both spouses fill out questionnaires regarding the day to day hearing situation. User and spouse. They cleaned one of my husband’s ears. They added an app to his phone to control his volumes. They gave him a hearing test and compared it to prior test. It was a good office visit - very thorough.

Their price includes service for as long as you want them to assist you and improving your hearing. I can personally and highly recommend Michael. The entire office staff was extremely helpful and coordinating and scheduling visits, they went up and beyond the call of duty.

The staff is fabulous. They are caring, kind and truly want to help people hear better. The hearing aids are the best quality I've tried, and it's such a blessing to be able to hear my family and friends again!

Michael was wonderful during my husband’s initial appointment. He spent time thoroughly explaining everything to both of us and made sure all of our questions were answered before leaving, as well as setting up a follow up appointment. He was very knowledgeable.
