Customer Reviews
This has to be one of the worst pharmacies around. You call and they put you on hold then transfer you to the main store for whatever reason. Then you have to have the store transfer you back over and over. I don't know what's going on here but they need to either hire more workers or get someone that can actually run it.
I rarely give any reviews. If I could give a zero, I would. Today I was essentially called a liar by the pharmacy staff. While I was initially told when we were first transferred here after Rite Aid closed to call before getting prescriptions, the last time I was told by a staff member to wait for a text message instead. I went to get my Rx today that I called in 6 days ago but never got a text message for. When I arrived to get it, I was told it was in progress (by the way that is always the status as they rarely have anything ready in a timely fashion) and that I should have called first. I mentioned that I had never got a text message and I was here because I was told to wait for a text message the last time instead of calling. Three women with arms crossed, shaking heads appear
This pharmacy has the longest wait times of any pharmacy I have been to and in such a small town. You can never get anyone in the phone either. I recommend going to a locally owned pharmacy instead.
This place has been busy with the RiteAid's closing, but they are responsive and they have a good app that allows you to see progress on prescriptions, fuel points, and receipts for your purchases. The automated phone service can give lots of answers to what you might be asking, and you can always ask for a pharmacist if you want the human contact. Kroger's does a great job with prescriptions!
I don't know what's going on with this place but it's like nobody is working there. I called and the phone rings and rings and rings and then I waited in the Drive-Thru for a half an hour and there was only one car in front of me. Hopefully the management is looking at this. You guys need to hire more people. This is ridiculous. That is terrible customer service and I'm going to remove my prescriptions and go to Walmart because they treat me better.
