Tracy was so informative, answered all of my questions. She was absolutely thorough in training me to use my device. She highlighted important information in my manual that will be easy for me to reference. She had me operate the equipment as well to get me familiar with my device. She also had me put on the unit and turn it on to familiarize myself with the sensation of its operation. Excellent overall experience. I feel very comfortable to begin using my machine.
