Kroger Pharmacy

Constantly gives me the run around about medications. My Dr will say they'll have it ready today and they tell me 3 more days. Then I call and it's 3 more. I've gotten hung up on by the pharmacist. I only go to Kroger for the medicine prices but I guess I'll have to switch Krogers.

I am extremely happy with the excellent service received from everyone in this pharmacy. They go above and beyond time and time again. Thank you for being so awesome! You will be my Pharmacy forever!

My name is Betsy Bruce. Your store has consistently disappointed me. The shelves are never stocked, you never have enough workers and I do not like all the self check out lanes in my opinion it takes away America’s jobs. Every time I go there I say I’m not coming back, but I do because of convenience. For example I had a coupon for a free case of 24 count water and there was NONE.

1) Super slow service: I asked how long the wait was and I was told 30 min so I decided to sit in the store and wait. An hour and a half later, I finally get my prescription. 2) Technicians not properly trained. I had to be rung up twice. 3) Most important - I will never return to this pharmacy.

ALWAYS friendly, seem genuinely concerned for helping solve customer needs. Have never felt that someone, self included, was being an annoyance, no matter their high volume and frustrating customers..... I moved about 30 minutes away, and will drive across town to use this location. Highly recommend Kroger Pharmacy, especially the location I’m Duluth on PIB!!!!!!
