Kroger Pharmacy

Very rude. I called 17 minutes after opening and I didn’t get a word in before someone said “hold” and immediately sent me to hold. I was on hold for 40 minutes so I decided to just drive here. Still on hold I go up to the pharmacy and tell them I’ve been on hold for an hour now and I just want to check my order status. The pharmacy was not busy. There were 3 people back there and one customer in front of me that was taken care of quickly. I’m told it’ll be just 15 more minutes. I wait 15 minutes and come get my medicine. The lady just threw the bag on the counter. It would not have taken them longer than a minute to tell me my order status especially when they are not busy. They should also work on not throwing their customers orders at them.

Great Full Service Pharmacy- Courteous & Knowledgeable Pharmacy staff. I really like having the convenience of picking up prescriptions while getting needed grocery items in one store. Great pharmacy employees who have helped me and been very good to assist with multiple medications and insurance issues over past 10 years.

PJ is the best! The staff is amazing - very helpful! They are willing to go that extra mile to help! On day I was late getting to the pharmacy ( I have trouble walking and need a cart and none were charged and available since the place was so busy) though they were officially closed PJ took my info and promised to have my prescription ready the next day! The next day a gentleman was in line behind me and was in a hurry so I let him in front of me! The line was about 3 people deep but between PJ and the Pharmacist tag teaming I had less than 5 minutes wait! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone in Adams County

This Pharmacist was very helpful and considerate. The store is easy to find and the staff was friendly and helpful. The store is clean and did I mention the staff in all departments was helpful and friendly and anxious to help? A very pleasant experience all the way through the store.
