Kroger Pharmacy

Very frustrating experience. I called ahead to confirm my antibiotic prescription for the flu and was told it would be ready in about 30 minutes. Based on that, I drove to the pharmacy expecting to pick it up. When I arrived, I was then told they did not have the medication in stock and that it would need to be ordered, which could take a couple of days. This information should have been disclosed during the call, not after I showed up sick and expecting treatment. Poor communication and wasted time, especially unacceptable when dealing with antibiotics and someone who is already ill. I would not rely on this pharmacy if you need accurate information or timely care.

Pharmacist Bilal Sayyid displays very rude, unprofessional, and hostile behavior to customers and in front of other customers. I picked up my prescriptions, and the tech informed me that my "profile needed to be re-downloaded" to view my scripts. I was able to obtain my script. I went for my 2nd refill, and Pharmacist Sayyid became extremely upset with me when I calmly explained the story of his and his techs mistakes, and he proceeded to scream and yell as I walked away from the pharmacy counter with several customers waiting in line for him to finish screaming. I submitted a formal complaint to corporate, to HR, and the Kroger website *after* I contacted my doctor, and Kroger Dearborn Heights who both verified that this prescription was sent in May 2025 and expires in May 2026 with 2 mor

The pharmacists and staff at Kroger Pharmacy are absolutely wonderful! Every time I come in, they are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to answer my questions and make sure I understand my prescriptions. The staff goes above and beyond to assist with insurance issues and refill requests, and they do it all with a smile. It’s rare to find a pharmacy team this helpful and attentive — I truly appreciate their excellent service!

No drive thru. Pharmacists seem to be frequently distracted. Some pharmacists seem to have an attitude and play word games. If we come to get our medication just work on it instead of staring blank to the computer. I'm changing my pharmacy to another one, I used to have them filled at Meijers but my insurance plan changed. But I do not recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for years. They have the best pharmacists ever. I have Anexity and always think something’s wrong with me or my daughter lol. They have never made me feel weird or bad. They take their time, look at whatever is bothering me. They explain why it’s nothing. And how to help it. They don’t ignore me or make me feel ridiculous. They even educate me on my problem. If I could give them 10 stars. I would!
