Kroger Pharmacy

Friendly however, Very slow!! Every time my doc sends a Rx they ALWAYS wait until I’m there to pick up the prescription to fill it!!! It’s NEVER ready!! I always end up waiting 40 minutes and I give them additional time from the timeframe my doctor tells me to wait!!! Very disappointing!!!

Nice staff members reliable and respectful my favorite person there in the pharmacy is Ashley she's very Humble and caring most of all patient and helpful never mean to anyone

While some of the technicians do not seem very customer service oriented, the pharmacists themselves (when you can talk to one) are pretty nice. Phone hold times often exceed 10 mins and it's a 50/50 chance whether or not you will be hung up on when the call is answered. Going to change to a different Kroger pharmacy to obtain better customer service after this next refill, even if I have to drive twice the distance.

Took them almost 2 weeks to transfer my medications from Meijer's, then another week to actually get some of my medications. Then when next refill was due Ive been waiting over a week now and still waiting for my Diabetes Meds, my Novalog every time I put in for a refill it always seems to get kicked out of the system with a "new" refill date for like a week later comes up. They said if I wanted I could go to the Englewood store and get it if I wanted. I dont know if they make more money through the Englewood store or why they refuse to supply the Sebenthaller store.

Would have rated a zero but that was not an option. After using Kroger pharmacy for 20 years I was forced to go somewhere else. After closing the Kroger on Needmore my prescriptions were transferred to siebenthaler Kroger. My doctors would send over scripts and after several days of waiting they would still not be ready. I could never reach anyone on the phone. I would go up to try to talk to someone and the line would have 20 or more people waiting. I waited 10 days for them to fill a blood pressure medication. After trying to transfer my prescriptions to a different pharmacy I finally had to call my doctors to get new scripts to send to the new pharmacy because the new pharmacy could not get Kroger on siebenthaler to answer their phones.
