Kroger Pharmacy

I have done business with this Kroger pharmacy for several years. By the nature of going to a pharmacy usually indicates you not well nor feeling well. These employees of a very large corporation make their patients feel like they are the only person there. Prescriptions are ready, a pleasant smile and a caring attitude awaits you. We have been using this Kroger pharmacy since it opened. It has had periods of excellence and periods of merely good, but it has never been bad. Sometimes they don't have a time critical prescription in stock and I have to go elsewhere and it is such a headache. (This Kroger is so much better than the other pharmacies nearby!) The app is above average (not without flaws, but a quick call to the pharmacy will clear up any questions), the drive thru is usually quick, and the people knowledgeable and polite. The auto-fill is usually on time (although it always seems to come as a surprise that they have to order one of our prescriptions since it is not one they keep in stock and that makes it ready a few days later, but since we have enough at home it's not an issue).

They close the pharmacy early. Showed up at 12:50 to get meds and they were closed

Talk about lack of professionalism and not even punctual in regards to time. I guess opening at 9:00 am means 9:30 am. Incompetent employees here. Go elsewhere to get A class service. Don’t expect anything here. What a waste.

The Kroger Pharmacy has always been courteous and efficient. I get a text when my prescriptions are ready. It's the same with my husband. He has never had a complaint about the Kroger Pharmacy. We can depend on them.
