Kroger Pharmacy

Customers complaining about these employees needing to protect their 30 minute break to eat and take a piss… more than half of you are oblivious that your insurance is the issue not the pharmacy, oh and people are moving here. The chance you’ll need to endure a line during peak hours is real. Be an adult, plan accordingly and cope.

If I give no stars I would. I went to the clinic yesterday, 12/29 and a prescription was electronically sent in to this Kroger as well as all my meds are and this was on the same day of the appt. I waited and didn’t hear any status update from Kroger the next day, 12/30. So I start calling that morning at 10:32 a.m. The phone just rang, rang and rang for 10 mins with no answer from anyone in the pharmacy dept. At that point, I get in my car and drive to this Kroger on 278 in Covington. I get there, go to the window, I see no customers at the counter waiting and the counter is empty. I asked Natali, cert. tech if the phone lines were working, she replied yes, how can I help you? Did not asked if there were a problem? Why are you asking? Did you have any issues calling in? Kroger Pharmacy employees are the best. Always friendly and very helpful in explaining your prescriptions. Mickey is my favorite employee, always friendly and polite. Love her!

This pharmacy used to be awesome, you would have something turned in and two-three hours later you would have it. Now it’s take 24+ hours and it’s not for lack of product it’s because the staff just doesn’t care anymore. I was promised at 4pm my meds would be done by close, come back around 530 and told that it would be tomorrow, came back next day and still not ready. Had to request lead tech to get someone to get my meds in. Now here we go again same dang thing. My dr called in the prescription at 830, it’s now 1030 and they are claiming they did not get anything from my dr when he called in front of me informing them he was sending it over and that this medicine needed to be done asap due to my condition. Here we are two hours later and my dr is having to request for a second time. This

This is probably the worst Kroger pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The staff is rude. They never have any insulin in stock. They have lied to me about transferring my prescriptions. Been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone for refills. They always have super long lines and no sense of urgency. Avoid at all costs!!
