Kroger Pharmacy

People are rude especially the pharmacist. Does nothing but judge you for what medicine your picking up! I cannot stand them it's not their job to judge it's their job to fill what the Drs prescribe. They don't know why I take what I take I'm a 8 year army veteran with severe anxiety and PTSD. Thwy need to hire new people here cuz these people are rude as hell over just a question being asked

Cahier has an extremely bad attitude! I asked her, do I have to get in line all over again after I was already in line when I requested my pick-up and had to wait 5 minutes. She said in a hostile manner, yes! You can't jump infront of anyone! I never said anything about jumping infront of anyone. The comment wasn't necessary and unprofessional. When I spoke to her superior about her actions, he supported her actions and said she did nothing wrong. I immediately went to a privite pharmacy and had all my prescriptions transfer.

Pharmacy is AWFUL they never pick up the phone they don’t automatically offer coupons for RX, you HAVE to ask. We aren’t on welfare, we pay for our RX.

The girl at the desk didn't even say hello as we walked up. She just said "birthday?" "Name?" And the medicine my husband and I were picking up was a little more than what we brought money wise so we asked to take a medication off and she scoffed and said "that'll only take off like four dollars." But we never told her how much money we had. That was very inappropriate of her to say. When we said we had no questions she rolled her eyes and walked off as she announced it to the pharmacist. I've usually had good experiences here but I didn't even open my mouth before that girl gave me this kind of attitude. I was very cheerful and trying to be polite but I don't know... it was a very poor experience and very upsetting. We were trying to start our antidepressants and felt happy about it and i
