Customer Reviews
Even tho the turn around time is amazing this pharmacy will double charge its customers even if you have insurance that may cover your whole prescription they will tell you things such as “your insurance will not pay for the whole prescription” and they will force you to pay more money out of pocket when you really shouldn’t have too because those same medications would be free at Kroger, Walgreens or Walmart. I was being nice because I respect mom and pops pharmacy but the attitudes they have now are no longer friendly the customer service and greed has plagued them!!!
I contacted the pharmacy due to my luggage was lost and my medicine was in the suitcase. The young lady I speak with said we can do 10 Flexeril. Once I got to the pharmacy there was nothing ready. The pharmacist came over and stated that once sent to him he would not process the order. It would have been nice if maybe someone gave me a call so that I did not waste a trip there. The pharmacist actually told me that Flexeril was a controlled substance. That could not be further from the truth. My husband is 23 years in military and I am in MS to take care of my dad which passed from Cancer a few months ago. Now, my grandbaby has Cancer. It's unbearable to sit there with him with no type of medicine. Instead of them calling me back to advise that it could not be filled. Instead, th
I'm trying to figure out why does it take days for fill almost any type of prescription you sent there. You have to call to get them to fill it in a timely manner. They are often having to "order" meds that other pharmacies seemly regularly have on hand. I don't get any calls or notifications if there is a issue with a prescription. When you get there they seem to be workin doing something. I'm only saying doing something because whatever they doing it's not producing great results and the time of it all is just outrageous. Was was going to CVS in Richland but the drive became unnecessary and the kroger price for one of my meds was better. At first kroger pharmacy seemed just as good as any but as of atleast the past year or more it seems whatever system they are using to get theses orders
There are times when compassion should be always had when you're working with the public. The staff at this pharmacy doesn't meet this criteria. I fly back and forth to TX for my grandson chemo treatments as well my dad's cancer just returned on top of that (wait for it) my husband is deployed and I have a senior that's lost in this shuffle. I see and understand completely why this pharmacy has a 2.7. The staff is grossly no empathetic. Ms. Ashley your are not good at your job. I pray you all are better customer service reps that what I received from you all.
Not once but multi times after having prescriptions being sent in by Dr when you go to pick up they have not filled them together and you do realize until you get home you are missing something, call and yes there is another prescription ready….Today was the kicker husband stopped by and they said another 30 minutes, so I go on my way home and she tells me $6,30 and I ask if it’s for 2 and of course not. Come to find out insurance does not cover the other one so they did not fill it and if I would like to get it will be $3.28. Yes please, well it will be 30 minutes. I am done with Kroger will be transferring all my prescriptions somewhere that can use common sense and has concern for their customers.
