Kroger Pharmacy

Called around 10a.m. to see if they had the medicine and she said to call after 1 p.m. to see if it's ready. I called again and they said to call at 3 instead. I called again they said they didn't have any medication under the name. I'm like I called earlier. Then she said they had it and that it would be ready in an hour. I showed up almost at 5 p.m and it wasn't ready. They said they had it but needed to be fixed. I went to go shop and came back. Still not ready now it's past 6 and nothing... There was a bunch of customers there with the same issue. They all left with unresolved issues.

Jenice was very unprofessional. It seems like she is not capable of handling any minor inconvenience without getting rude, snarky, and shutting down. I was going back and forth with her for around 20 minutes due to insurance issues and instead of seeking help from a manager or someone else, she kept on telling me that she “didn’t know what to do” and that “she couldn’t do anything” with a nasty attitude. The system was glitching and not working with my insurance and she was taking out her irritation on me. I had to ask her to get a manager because she kept on repeating the same thing over and over. I have been using Kroger pharmacy for a few years now. I have had several occasions where they took a prescription that was a 90 day supply and turn it into a 30 day supply without informing me, my Doctor or my insurance. So I'm unprepared to reorder because when I get the text message that my prescriptions are ready I. Assume, it is ready. I myself have 22 different prescriptions through Kroger pharmacy and when I get upset because I get to the end of the 30 days and realized that they gave me point .33% Of my prescription. I called this weekend because getting my daughter's medication together. I realized they did it again and did not tell me. So when I call to complain? The pharmacy tech today went above and beyond. I had to wait 30min for my prescription, I went to the window a little earlier than expected time and she was able to fill rx for me. Very patient and caring. Thank you!!

Thank you ladies at the pharmacy for taking the time for my last minute walk in for my vaccines. I was turned away by two other clinics before coming here; they granted me some grace and let me get my vaccines for my upcoming job. Compassionate and sweet these ladies were, I’m so happy with my overall experience!
