Kroger Pharmacy

Kroger Pharmacy is one of the last places that you can still actually speak to a pharmacist without 10 minutes of haggling with a prompt computer. As busy as they are.... they still care about their patients and work hard to fill your medications quickly. Can't see myself going anywhere else. 🤗

Erica is the best and most helpful pharmacy employee I have ever encountered. She has repeatedly went above and beyond to help me get my medications. Although I know some of my orders have be frustrating, she never acts bothered and always maintains a friendly demeanor. She doesn’t mind explaining things to me and never acts too busy. I am always relieved to see her there when I pick up my meds because I know there will be no issues.

Very nice store always clean and well organized, and well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful 🙂

The pharmacist has an attitude.I was trying to get an understanding

This was our first experience with the Kroger Pharmacy and I feel like it will be our last. We switched out prescriptions which was a process that I do not blame on either pharmacy. However, when I arrived to pick up my prescription the girl assisting us was very rude. She acted as if we had interrupted her conversation with her co-workers. I know that is not the case because the conversation continued while she was helping us. She would not check a price of an item for us and said "I cant. You need customer service." She never asked me if I had health insurance or any pertaining questions and told me an outlandish total. I said "excuse me" and she gave me a nasty look. I handed her my insurance and she rolled her eyes because that meant she had to do additional work adding my insurance in
