Kroger Pharmacy

I'm not really sure why others are giving such bad reviews and speaking of rude staff, because I don't recall anyone ever being rude in the past 8yrs or so of having my prescriptions filled here. Also all our furbabies always get excited when we with through the drive thru, because they always give them a treat. So I really don't understand why others are give such poor review/rating. Good people work here, and maybe it's possible yall cought them on a bad day. Everyone has them.

Lady checking me out was rude after waited at the teller window for 15 minutes bc the sign said they would open at 8. When I went in they said the window doesn’t open until later and gaslit me that I was reading the sign wrong. lol. I went by again. It clearly said 8.

Staff is very rude. One of the pharmacists are pocketing narcotics or not counting them. My daughter has ADHD and so dose her brother. I had it where I picked up both their meds on the same day so I didn't have to make separate trips. Well they shorted her 4pills and she needs them to focus in school. The lady was very rude and was nasty. I will be reporting them and having them investigated for sure. I will be switching Pharmacy immediately. I would not recommend them if they were the last Pharmacy on the planet

So these pharmacist thinks they are doctors and gave me so much hassle. Unprofessional. You work for me not against me. Please get more training on how to be professional and maybe I will return until then I hope your unhappy customers put reviews on here to get yal the help you need.

Yesterday was the last time I will be dealing with the incredibly rude staff at the Auburn Kroger Pharmacy. I don't know how to explain it other than they are just unfriendly and rude. Condescending tones, the head pharmacist has absolutely no professional manner on the phone, they do not smile in person. They make you feel like you are a burden to them by using their services. Well consider yourself unburdened. I would rather go to Walmart and wait twice as long than deal with people who act like I pooped in their breakfast when I most certainly did not.
