Kroger Pharmacy

The worst Kroger pharmacy in my over 40 years of doing business with them. Holly, Aaliyah pharmacy techs and Vanessa the pharmacist are the worst cs and providers I’ve run across in all my years dealing with Kroger. I moved to this pharmacy recently bc the Mar’s Hill store is 10 miles away although they have an A++ service level. I’ll be moving all my meds back there until I find another brand pharmacy to handle my meds. The service from Kroger as a whole has dropped tremendously since the new President. His level of service is much different than that of his customers. They don’t care!

I keep going here, because it remains one of the few Kroger pharmacies with a Drive Through. Also the staff keeps reminding me of 100% paid for by my Insurance, vaccinations. And I am almost seriously considering taking the Shingles vaccine.

Not sure what was going on today, but I’ve never encountered someone so rude or bitter before at any of the Kroger pharmacies I’ve been to. I hadn’t seen this woman before and after refusing to fill a prescription my doctor sent over I had to call my doctor and they had to call the pharmacist to tell them to fill it. When I picked up my medicine today she made a point to come over and let me know they if my doctor ever tried that again she would refuse it and this would be a one time occurrence. Felt like I was getting talked to like a child. Not her business what medicine my doctor prescribed! I tried to be as kind as I could be… wont be using this Kroger pharmacy again anytime soon!

Love this Kroger! The store is older but the employees are so nice and welcoming. I will pass closer Kroger‘s to go to this one.

Does not notify you if the manufacturer for your medication changes. My normal manufacturer is on back order, and I know that is not your fault. However informing the consumer is your responsibility.
