I have entrusted Kristina with my body and healing for decades. She is exceptionally talented, continues to expand her modalities for healing, and has kept me going when I was unable to move comfortably. She knows what is needed and has always complimented my working with a chiropractor, and has recommended other treatment as needed. Kristina's massages are great, but she knows the body and offers far more than a relaxing massage. Years of research, study, and personal incorporation with the ways our inner bodies operate - bones, muscles, tendons - have brought insights to areas of my body I didn't realize were 'carrying the weight' or needed healing and recovery despite my lack of unawareness. Kristina has more certifications than I do, and that is saying a lot! She is so skilled, in part, because she has training in so many different modalities. When I'm in discomfort that I can't fix by myself, Kristina can usually figure it out and tell me what I need to do to keep my body in balance. She is definitely one of the most skilled practitioners I have ever been to, and there are a lot of them!

Kristina was focused and efficient going straight to work on my problem areas. She is not a fluffy, feel good masseuse. In other words, you garner the "feel good' part after she has dealt with the underlying causes of your discomfort. First things first. I highly recommend her.
