My son had his neuropsych evaluation in June, it’s now September, and I have received nothing—I came to find out that her practice closed. The partners provided in the answering machine message told me I was out of luck with the payments I made and would need to have the exam again. I drove almost two hours (there and back) on three separate occasions, not to mention the money spent, and it was all for nothing. My son cannot have his IEP updated until the evaluation comes in. I’m deeply upset with the unprofessionalism we’ve experienced.

Been trying to get ahold of her and all we hear is crickets. She has left us out in left field. My grandson needs a medication change. How many more kids has she left hanging in the wind,??

Gloria at front desk should be terminated, she has bluntly admitted to screening out specific patient calls because she “doesn’t feel like relaying the message if there isn’t an appointment until months later”
