My issue was not resolved in a single visit, as it has been in the past. When I needed to schedule a follow-up appointment as an established patient, I was told that early morning and late afternoon time slots are reserved only for new patients. As a result, all available appointments for established patients are scheduled in the middle of the day. This makes it extremely difficult for anyone who works full-time, as it essentially requires taking an entire day off just to be seen. To avoid unnecessary hassle and frustration, I would recommend looking elsewhere for care.

Went to Foot and Ankle Group for custom orthotics. Spent $500 out of pocket and when I received them they’re too big for my shoes. Office won’t refund me and won’t call me back.

I had ingrown toenails cut out on two toes at 2 different times. Without insurance, it's $600 per toe. The insurance company will only pay $18 for this procedure. Yet, without insurance, you'll pay $600. I was told they wouldn't grow back. This poison was applied that was supposed to kill that part of my nail from growing anymore. It grew back anyway. I went back on Friday to get it cut out again. Both toes. I explained the situation to the receptionist. I wasn't really excited to have a procedure done twice. Especially at $600 a toe. Well, Dr. Howard said that the procedure wouldn't be done again. I needed to let the nail grow out and use urea cream to soften the skin around the nail. Thanks for the verbal advice, doc. I was then charged $75 for this advice. So, now I've got over $15

Dr. K. Howard, Has been my foot doctor for 6yrs + She has operated on my feet 5 times and has done wonders with them. I love her candor and easy approach to pt. Care. She very kind and very attentive to your care and personal issues regarding your feet. I Highly Recommend this Foot and Ankle Group. I also have had seen other Doctors in their group if Dr. Howard is unavailable and there all very nice and professional!!!! 😃

Don't bother! Dr. Howard is breezy to the point of complete indifference and disinterest. I will certainly not be going back.
