Kramer Pharmacy

If I could give them a zero - that would be appropriate. The cashiers and attendants are nice but the pharmacist makes mistakes and doesn’t take accountability. Go anywhere but here!

I’ve been coming to kramers pharmacy for 10+ years . The ladies have been nothing but nice to me , recently i’ve noticed a new lady working there , me and her have gotten into arguments over the phone about my medicine just for another lady to call me back and explain that my medicine is in fact ready for pick up . This particular lady has been rude and petty with me ever since our first encounter , she has told me multiple times that my medicine cannot be picked up and needs to be authorized by a doctor when my medicine has already been authorized . i called my doctor AND my insurance company they both told me the medicine is authorized it’s something on the pharmacies end . When i told kramers about this they denied it and no longer wanted to help me . i called today to see if my medicin

Kramer Pharmacy has been in the Mott Haven community longer than most people who live in the area. They take care of most of the elderly and act in someway as a support to surrounding structure. With that in mind, you can't help but notice how much of a downgrade it is to go here instead of a more franchised business. They are in dire need of a upgrade to their system and business plan but I feel they won't do it anytime soon as long as the elderly they take care off are comfortable with their way of handling things. There positives to going here though, that old world mom and pop brick and mortar feel to the tiny waiting area, and mostly friendly staff. If you want a place to get your drugs are, that has heart come here.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 5 yrs now. The ladies are so sweet & caring especially Wendy & Sarah! Great and speedy customer service. This is a family neighborhood pharmacy and I love it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Kramer pharmacy is one of those apothecaries that the moment you step inside you are in the early 1900's.they treat you by your name .your medicine is always waiting for you.no hassles no Bronx attitude only smiles.by the way they should give the cleaning person a rsise.spotless!!😳
