I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kramer. I truly appreciate the kindness and care I received during my recent dental visit. Even though I underwent a root canal, it turned out to be one of the best experiences I could have hoped for. Your compassion made all the difference!

Had a routine cleaning today and have nothing but compliments from the front desk to the hygienist. Very satisfied with my experience here over the years.

Had a previously good experience with this office so I returned in November to finally get crowns for my temporaries. Since I only get a certain amount of dental benefits per year, I wanted to utilize my dental benefits for 2024 and 2025..called early November, appointment mid November, pre approval submitted...called the office staff they (allegedly) called my insurance and "were waiting for approval"....said would call me back..never did...I FOLLOWED UP with THEIR office at least 6-7 times from November - January wondering WHY it was taking so long... I said it's been about 2 months (wth..?) They told me pre-approvals take that long..said they would call Cigna and call me back but they never did call me back and each time I did call they said they called and they weren't approved.... Fee

Horrible office staff! Never have I been treated so poorly by an establishment that caters to the public. This was last year so I am just now leaving my review. I had an appointment which I needed to reschedule. The girl who i was talking to seemed annoyed that I was rescheduling. I tried to get a date and she rudely stated, "We will get back to you", and than she hung up. I was flabbergasted. I than made up my mind I was not going back. I didn't receive a call back for 3 months, and she said we have an opening today. Wow! Really, are you kidding me! I told her I would not be returning there since I was treated so rudely, and she hung up on me again! That office seriously needs to take note of who they have working their appointments. Not great customer service at all.

Office staff answering the phone hung up on me twice. Apparently they stopped taking my insurance. I would have gladly paid whatever it costed but i didnt get a chance to make an appointment before they hung up on me. I've gone here for 20 years. Clearly they got too big to care about the quality of experience their customers are receiving. Its really a shame....
