I honestly don't understand why the other people leave such awful negative reviews. My sister told me about this place years ago, and I've been going here and it's always such a warm and comfortable environment. My experience with them is always positive and they've always been helpful with me and assisted me and all my issues. Try going there with an open mind, and give these people a chance. I'm sure you'll be surprised as I am when everything about this place is opposite of the negative comments people leave behind. And if you also have a positive spin with this office, please be kind and leave a 5 star rating to boost their place on the map.

I have used this dentist for years. I have never experienced the long wait times others cry about. The service is always friendly and professional. I have never thought about leaving even though my commute from queens can be frustrating. It's worth it in the end.

The wait to get in is insane. Nobody should be waiting 2 hrs when they have an appointment. One of the hygienists has a nasty attitude and is very rude. Every time I have gone there and actually saw the Dentist they always recommend pulling out my teeth. I kept telling them i want to save my teeth from being pulled. Ive never had one dentist recommend I remove so many teeth. I don't like this place and i hate the service and the wait time.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is just terrible. The wait is really long and once you get in the staff are just rude. They go out of their way to treat patients horribly.

NEVER GO THERE. They have very rude staff (All) and receptionists. They insist on neglecting your main complaint in order to force you on getting hygienic services and pay more before they can check your complaint- if any.
